Mental Focus is based on plant extracts containing polyphenols, carotenoids, phosphatidylserine and L-theanine from green tea.
Furthermore, pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance, while zinc supports the maintenance of normal vision and cognitive function. Vitamins B12, B2, B6, C and niacin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Specific sports disciplines: Particularly suitable for sports such as biathlon, golf, ball sports, tennis, e-sports, shooting and motor sports, climbing, curling, dancing, artistic gymnastics and also for work and study.

On the 4 days before the event, take 1 portion daily. On the day of the competition itself, take one portion approx. 1-2 hours before the start.
One portion corresponds to 3 heaped measuring spoons (15 g) + 350 ml water.
